The end-to-end service upgrade that paid off
Proptech Group delivers software and solutions for real estate businesses. They initially engaged Ethos360 for a basic service in which we advertise their role and shortlist the candidates who apply. However, mid-2021 there was a significant shift in the market with a shortage of candidates, moving us into proactive mode.
Proptech were initially hesitant to engage a recruiter and actually tried twice to hire for the position themselves by posting ads on Seek.
After weighing up the cost of not having someone in the role, along with the cost of advertising the role multiple times, plus the time wasted, they decided to use our end-to-end service. Good move!
As an example, we recently assisted Proptech to recruit an Events and Sponsorship coordinator. We approached 10 candidates that fit the brief and after interviews and key selection criteria matching, we submitted two applicants for the role. We’re not ashamed to say – we nailed it. Both were candidates Proptech were willing to offer the position to.
