Arjun Paliwal—Founder & CEO of InvestorKit: From Banking to a $25M Buyers Agency: A Leap into Purpose and Growth

In this episode, Nathan sits down with Arjun Paliwal, Founder of InvestorKit, one of Australia’s fastest-growing buyers agencies helping everyday Australians invest smarter through data-driven property investing.

When Arjun left his stable career in banking to launch InvestorKit, he didn’t have all the answers, just a clear vision to make property investing in Australia more informed, strategic, and accessible. Fast forward to today, his group of companies generates over $25 million a year, and he’s built one of the country’s most trusted names in property investment advice and business growth.

But it wasn’t always smooth sailing. Arjun admits he made the classic early mistake many entrepreneurs make, trying to be everything to everyone. The result? A diluted message and no clear focus. Once he doubled down on data-driven investing and built clear systems around people and process, InvestorKit found its rhythm. From there, his obsession with operational excellence and high-performing teams became the foundation of his success.

Behind the business success, Arjun’s story is also deeply personal. He lost his mum in 2020, went through open-heart surgery in 2024, and learned firsthand what truly matters. These experiences reshaped his leadership philosophy, lead with purpose, not fear. “I don’t fear losing,” he says, “because what I value most isn’t material, it’s time, impact, and the people I help.”

That perspective has driven InvestorKit’s expansion beyond property into finance and insurance, the latter inspired by the same insurance process that uncovered Arjun’s heart condition. Today, he sees it as part of his mission to help Australians not only grow wealth but protect it.

For Arjun, success is no longer about numbers or recognition; it’s about potential. “If I’m not doing everything I can to help my customers or my team grow, that’s what keeps me up at night,” he says. His journey is a reminder that business growth isn’t about chasing more; it’s about doing better.
