Katherine Hatzis

My passion for people began at a young age where I constantly enjoyed people engagement and interaction. This led me to exploring Human Resources in my tertiary journey where I am qualified with my Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) as well as currently undertaking my Master of Human Resource Management. I have worked within the people management space and have fallen in love with the discipline. I started off in the Renewables space where I was exposed to the intricacies of large-scale clean energy projects in which I discovered how much of an influential market this industry was.

Continuing this journey in recruitment will assist me in contributing to the development and everchanging atmosphere of this Renewables space. Working in people management has helped me understand that optimal recruitment contributes to the success of any organisation throughout all industries. However, at present I have discovered a drive and passion to help out this ever growing and changing industry.
