Being a people person, who loves building genuine connections, my career started in retail and hospitality. Working hard establishing a strong identity within the spaces, I progressed into as Business Manager role managing all of South Australian and Victorian Stores for a leading menswear fashion brand and Booking/Events Manager for one of Melbourne’s most established and well-known nightlife destinations.

Working in everchanging industries, I have seen firsthand how it takes the right environment and most importantly, the right people to see a business succeed. Now I have begun the next chapter landing my dream job as a Recruiter for Ethos360. 

Since starting with the team at Ethos360 I have never been so sure that this is my forever role. The team are motivating, supportive and truly the best in their fields – I swear I’m not being bias!

I cannot wait to see what the future has in store, as I continue to build lasting relationships with candidates, clients and as we continue to go from strength to strength as the great team that is Ethos360.

I honestly have never been in a role that I love coming to work each day this much. Believe it or not, the culture is even better than their golf putting skills!
