Gerard Papoulis

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce while having an extensive background in hospitality and customer service, I’ve always loved making a positive impact on people’s lives and helping out in any way I can. Once I spoke to Nathan about the potential of working in recruitment and being able to help people on a daily basis I couldn’t say no!

I absolutely love being able to make a positive change in people’s lives, while also being a part of the best working environment I’ve ever experienced. The understanding, patience and motivation that is shown to me by Nathan and Joe makes it so much more enjoyable.

The most satisfying thing about my job is being able make such a positive impact on people’s lives every time I step foot in the office. Hearing people’s reaction to positive news and the assistance you provide them is a truly amazing experience.

I’m a sports nut! If I’m not playing soccer then I’ll most definitely be watching some form of sport at all hours of the day. Apart from that, I also love spending time with family and friends!

The best thing about working with Nathan and Joe is the amount of support and patience they show towards me daily. Being a part of a workplace with a level of understanding that I’ve never seen before makes it super enjoyable to come in to work every day and help people in the process! We also love to have a laugh and make sure that our working environment is fun and entertaining.

Being a part of a recruitment team is not something I foresaw, but once I learnt more, and being able to change people’s lives daily, I knew it was for me. When considering your next opportunity, be open to every chance as you don’t know where it will take you!
